Service Area:

  • Shipping is available within the United States only.
  • International shipping is not offered at this time.

Shipping Cost:

Free Shipping

  • All TikTok Shop orders qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders over $50 (before tax) on all other platforms also qualify for free shipping.

Standard Shipping

  • For orders under $50 (non-TikTok), shipping costs are calculated at and paid by the customer.

Handling & Delivery Times:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days after processing.

Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure prompt delivery.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once your order is shipped.

Delivery Issues:

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Excel Pets is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

 

Exceptions:

Some items may have longer delivery times due to size, weight, or supplier location. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S.
